As mediaartists or better: digital imageoperators we are concerned with the development of metaphorical interfaces for interactive programmings on CD-Rom, up to now for three independent productions in 1994 and 1995, as well as f.ex. WWW sites or the production of digital video and the integration of video to interactive surfaces as for example in TV-programms like the Ars Electronica programm 93/95.

Our work is concerning the development of media-surfaces dealing with communication structures. The first production on mediaformats was a trainigfield for interactive TV:

The Media-package "Tod dem Fensehen - Public Access" is an combination of an VHS-video and an mixed mode CD-Rom for Macintosh on free access to all electronic media in 12 channels. Copyright 1994 by Jahrmann, Altendorf and Moswitzer

"Golden Frisbee" is taking the CD as model for a room in big networks and opening the frontiers of the medium towards networkcommunication and e-mail feedback. . It is art free of further content.
